https://www.chcf.org/wp-content/uploads/2023/05/Telehealth-Listening_Topper.jpg1200567The California Health Care Foundation (CHCF) interviewed 73 Californians with low incomes to better understand their experiences with telehealth. Many commonalities in experiences and future preferences for telehealth emerged from this research. Among the findings were that Californians want telehealth to be part of their future health care, and they want a choice in the type of visit (in-person, phone, video).
